After my Tommee Tippee manual pump broke after 2 months of use -and my hand also almost broke as well- I purchased the Medela one after reading the good reviews. It is really good for everyday use. Some people complain that the tube detaches easily but I guess they don't press hard enough to attach it: I had no problem with this.
The only negative point is that it is a bit noisy when pumping milk in the same room where the baby is napping; I know baby is not bothered by the noise at all but I am. I just place a cushion on top of the motor and the problem is solved.
I strongly recomended it.
