The Express Yourself Mums Guarantee
If any Express Yourself Mums product does not meet with your approval, please return it to us within 28 days, in an unused and re-saleable condition, and we'll be happy to make a refund or exchange. Please note that we will be unable to refund any breastpump accessories. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, governed by the EU Distance Selling Directive which is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Special note about Breastpumps
All breastpumps (motor unit and adaptor) are covered by a 12 month guarantee against any faults, and will be either exchanged or repaired free of charge in case of any fault during this period. PLEASE NOTE that unless faulty, we will not be able to exchange or refund any used breastpumps so we strongly advise seeking advice from Express Yourself Mums or your healthcare professional before making your purchase. It is worth noting that if you have been using a hospital grade breast pump (including Elite, Lactina, Symphony, Pump In Style or Kiteitt), you may experience poor results by either changing brand or by using a less powerful pump of the same brand.
How to return or exchange

Please also send an email to info@expressyourselfmums.co.uk to let us know to expect the return/exchange.
Please include your name and the order number in the package, so that we can identify you easily. Please also let us know the reason for returning the goods.
Please note that goods are returned at your own cost unless faulty or sent to you in error, and we strongly recommend that you use recorded post as you are responsible for returned items until they reach our premises.
We will contact you once we have received the package to tell you that your return is being processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing the refund or exchange.
Please note that our payment processing system only allows us to refund the card on which the original transaction was made. We are also unable to refund Postage and Packaging costs for returned items unless faulty or sent to you in error. If unwanted items with free postage are returned to us for a refund, we will deduct our original postage cost from your total refund (maximum £7.50).

If you order online, delivery will be via the Royal Mail or courier depending on the weight of your order. If you require alternative delivery arrangements; please call us on +44 870 389 5576 during UK working hours:

Redeliveries
In the case that an incorrect postal address is supplied to us, we cannot be responsible for covering costs of a redelivery, and if a charge is made, we will need to pass this on to you.
In the case that an item is returned to us by Royal Mail due to non-collection from the local delivery office (following a failed delivery to your address), we cannot be responsible for the costs of re-delivery, and will need to pass this on to you.
What happens if my item doesn't arrive?
Very occasionally a parcel might go astray. We despatch everything within 24 hours, stock permitting (but no despatches on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays). Items weighing 2kg or less and sent by Royal Mail can only be re-despatched 10 working days after the original despatch date (different timescales will apply in times of Industrial Action by postal services), so if your order is very urgent, you may prefer to re-purchase your item for instant re-despatch, and we will refund you for the original parcel once 10 days have passed with non-arrival. For security purposes you will be asked to provide your credit card details before re-despatch (although no charge will be made) and you may be required to fill out a Royal Mail response in order for us to complete our claim.
Images
Sometimes our products may be subject to minor design changes and therefore may differ slightly from images provided. We endeavour to keep our product information and images as up-to-date as possible.
Privacy policy and data protection
The information we collect from you
When you place an order with us, we will take your name, e-mail address, delivery address, payment card details and a telephone number on which you can be contacted in the event of a query. As well as this information, we'll also keep records of any further emails you send us, which we will use to help improve the Express Yourself Mums service.
Privacy & disclosure of this information
Your card details are handled by our payment processing agent, Protx (see further information about Protx). When ordering online, neither Express Yourself Mums nor any of our other agents have access to your card details at any stage. If we take your order over the phone or via fax/post, we will destroy our record of your card details once we've made the transaction with Protx.
We do not and never will pass on your information onto 3rd party mailing lists! We do retain the right to submit any information requested by the law, in the UK or elsewhere.
Emails and other contact from Express Yourself Mums
By supplying your email address and contact phone number, you have given us your permission to email or phone you regarding any issue with your order or with the service we are providing you. Once your order is completed, we will only send you further Express Yourself Mums correspondence (e.g. Express Yourself Mums newsletters, notice of special offers etc) if you have opted to join our mailing list.

Postage and Packing rates

At the moment we are only able to take online orders for delivery to addresses within the UK. If you would like a delivery outside the UK, please call us on 0870 389 5576 in order to request a delivery quote. The standard delivery charges and timescales are detailed below.
The standard delivery methods and timescales
The UK (excl. offshore & highlands)
Depending on order value and weight, delivery will be via either Royal Mail or express courier. The majority of our orders are despatched same or next day (save for circumstances beyond our control) and whilst we are unable to make guarantees on behalf of our couriers or the Royal Mail, most deliveries are made the day after despatch.
Cost of postage for UK deliveries:
Orders up to £10.00 will be charged at £2.50
Orders from £10.01 - £35 will be charged at £3.50
Orders from £35 - £149.99 will be charged at 10% of total order value
There will be no charge for p&p on orders over £150
Offshore & Highland Postcodes
All orders weighing 2kg or less will be sent by Royal Mail, and will not incur any extra cost. Any orders weighing more than 2kg will need to be sent by courier, and may incur extra delivery charges. If this is the case, you will be contacted before despatch.
