Delivery timescales for Mainland UK  -

Orders received by 12:00 - guaranteed same day despatch.*

Most orders received between 12:00 and 15:00 - same day despatch.*

Orders placed by 12:00 are guaranteed despatch on the same working day, however most orders received before 3pm are also despatched same working day (*save for circumstances beyond our control). If your order is placed after this time then it will be despatched the following working day. Please allow 1 working day for Express delivery and 1-5 working days for Standard delivery (although many of our customers receive their order next day as Standard delivery is First Class)

For peace of mind if your order is extremely urgent, we recommend using our Express Delivery service (but please note that we make no guarantees on behalf of our couriers and in the case that your order is not delivered next working day, no compensation will be due).

Standard delivery methods

We use three regular courier companies in an effort to ensure that we meet all our delivery targets. Delivery will be via Royal Mail, Home Delivery Network or UK Mail, and the service used will depend on the weight of your order, the delivery service you select and your postal code.

Express delivery methods

Orders placed by 12:00 will be despatched same working day (although most orders received before 3pm are despatched same working day) - (save for circumstances beyond our control, in which case you will be kept fully informed). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery will be via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Home Delivery Network 24hr or UK Mail 24 hour service, depending on the weight of your order.  

Although we make not guarantees on behalf of our couriers, the vast majority of orders are delivered the following working day. All Express delivery orders placed on a Friday before 12:00 are scheduled for delivery on Monday.
All express deliveries require a signature.

Please note that Express Delivery is only available to customers in Mainland UK excluding Highlands.

Cost of postage for Standard UK deliveries:

Orders up to £10.00 will be charged at £2.50
Orders from £10.01 - £35 will be charged at £3.50
Orders from £35 - £149.99 will be charged at 10% of total order value (maximum charge £7.95)

There will be no charge for p&p on orders over £150 if the delivery address is mainland UK excluding Highlands. These orders will be sent via standard 72hr service. You will have the opportunity to upgrade to Express Delivery if your order is needed urgently.

Cost of Postage For Express Delivery:

There is a flat fee of £8.50 for Express Delivery (next working day) and £25.00 for 9am Express Delivery (by 9am next working day). Both services are only valid if the order is placed before our cut of time, otherwise they will be despatched the following working day (after the order was placed).

Unfortunately this service is not available for addresses outside mainland UK or addresses in the highlands.

Offshore & Highland Postcodes

Any orders weighing more than 2kg will need to be sent by courier, and may incur extra delivery charges. If this is the case, you will be contacted before despatch.

Cost of Postage to Non-Mainland UK

Orders up to £10.00 will be charged at £2.50
Orders from £10.01 - £35 will be charged at £3.50
Orders from £35.01 - £100.00 will be charged at 10% of total order value 
Orders from £100.01 and up will be charged at £22.00

Please note that there is no Express Delivery service available to non-mainland UK destinations.

European Deliveries
All orders weighing 2kg or less will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For. Any orders weighing more than 2kg will need to be sent by International Courier, and may incur extra delivery charges to those below. If this is the case, you will be contacted before despatch. Please allow between 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Please ensure you supply an address where there will be someone home to receive the package as redelivery may incur additional charges.

Cost of Postage to Europe

Orders up to £30.00 will be charged at £6.50
Orders from £30.01 to £50.00 will be charged at £12.00
Orders from £50.01 to £85.00 will be charged at £16.00
Orders from £85.01 and up will be charged at £35.00
