Delivery timescales for Mainland UK

The majority of orders placed by 13:00 are despatched same or next working day (save for circumstances beyond our control) and whilst we are unable to make guarantees on behalf of our couriers or the Royal Mail, most deliveries are made the day after despatch. For peace of mind if your order is extremely urgent, we recommend using our Express Delivery service (but please note that we make no guarantees on behalf of Royal Mail or Business Post and in the case that your order is not delivered next day, no compensation will be due).

Standard delivery methods

Delivery will be via the Royal Mail or courier depending on the weight of your order. Orders weighing less than 2kg will go by Royal Mail 1st class post, and orders weighing more than 2kg will go by Business Post.

Express delivery methods

Orders placed by 15:00 will be despatched same day in most cases (save for circumstances beyond our control). Delivery will be via the Royal Mail or courier depending on the weight of your order. Orders weighing less than 2kg will go by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (1pm) (excluding Saturday deliveries), and orders weighing more than 2kg will go by Business Post.

There is a flat fee of £8.50 for Express Delivery. This service is not available for addresses outside mainland UK.

Offshore & Highland Postcodes
All orders weighing 2kg or less will be sent by Royal Mail, and will not incur any extra cost. Any orders weighing more than 2kg will need to be sent by courier, and may incur extra delivery charges. If this is the case, you will be contacted before despatch.

Cost of Postage to Non-Mainland UK

Orders up to £10.00 will be charged at £2.50
Orders from £10.01 - £35 will be charged at £3.50
Orders from £35.01 - £100.00 will be charged at 10% of total order value 
Orders from £100.01 and up will be charged at £22.00

Cost of Postage to Europe

Orders up to £30.00 will be charged at £6.50
Orders from £30.01 to £50.00 will be charged at £12.00
Orders from £50.01 to £85.00 will be charged at £16.00
Orders from £85.01 and up will be charged at £35.00
