There are really only three steps to The Wean Machine:

Fill, Squeeze and Feed. So long as the food is ripe and soft you should have no problems, and can feed your baby anything from Bananas to Spaghetti Bolognese.

Delivery timescales for Mainland UK:

Orders received by 12:00  - guaranteed same day despatch on same working day.*

Most orders received between 12:00 and 15:00 - same day despatch on same working day.

If your order is placed after this time then it will be despatched the following working day. Please allow 1 working day for Express delivery and 1-5 working days for Standard delivery (although many of our customers receive their order next day as Standard delivery is First Class)

For peace of mind if your order is extremely urgent, we recommend using our Express Delivery service (but please note that we make no guarantees on behalf of our couriers and in the case that your order is not delivered next working day, no compensation will be due).

If you receive your order and it's not what you were expecting, don't worry!  You can return it back to us within 365 days of your purchase and as long as it's unused and re-saleable, we will be happy to refund or exchange the product.*

Please take care to package the item or items very carefully. The goods must arrive in a perfect condition (including packaging) for us to be able to issue a refund. If you return goods that have been used, we will not be able to issue a refund.
