Hire Charges:

• £45 for the first 14 days. This includes delivery and collection charges and Collection Set (refundable only if unopened) so no need to buy additional shields and bottles!
• Ongoing hire charges of £45 per 30-day period

IMPORTANT INFO:

1. After you place your online order, Medela will contact you directly for card details for ongoing hire charges (see above for costs) Please ensure when you complete your details at checkout that you provide a contact number where you will be reachable.
2. Orders placed by 11am  can be delivered next working day* (Saturdays available on request at an extra cost)
3. Delivery before 9am is not available for hire pumps.

Symphony Features:

Delivery timescales for Mainland UK:

Orders received by 12:00  - guaranteed same day despatch on same working day.*

Most orders received between 12:00 and 15:00 - same day despatch on same working day.

If your order is placed after this time then it will be despatched the following working day. Please allow 1 working day for Express delivery and 1-5 working days for Standard delivery (although many of our customers receive their order next day as Standard delivery is First Class)

For peace of mind if your order is extremely urgent, we recommend using our Express Delivery service (but please note that we make no guarantees on behalf of our couriers and in the case that your order is not delivered next working day, no compensation will be due).

Please take care to package the item or items very carefully. The goods must arrive in a perfect condition (including packaging) for us to be able to issue a refund. If you return goods that have been used, we will not be able to issue a refund.
